Currently, our NHS service is available exclusively within the Ealing, Wembley, Southall, Hayes, Hounslow, Harrow, Northolt, Slough, Windsor, Ascot and Bracknell.

Information on our venesection procedure, also known as therapeutic phlebotomy. Feel free to reach out to us via phone or email with any queries.
Blood Test Results:
If you have undergone blood testing through our services, rest assured that we will receive your results from the laboratory within the specified turnaround time indicated during your appointment. Typically, most results are ready within 24 hours, except in cases where special tests or panel tests have been requested. Your results will be sent to you via email, and upon request, a hard copy can be mailed to your address. Additionally, if you would like us to forward your results to your doctor or GP, we are happy to facilitate this process.
Please note that we will not receive your results in the following scenarios:
- If you have obtained a private blood test kit from a different provider, you will need to reach out to that provider for your results.
- If we have collected your blood sample for your GP, your results will be directly transmitted to your GP from the local hospital laboratory.
